We’re looking for a Head of Operations to build the future of insurance from the ground up. With your industry-leading insurance operations knowledge, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence across all departments and implementing innovative systems to support our capabilities. You hold yourself to a very high standard, deliver exceptional service and are relentless in identifying new opportunities that puts Native and our clients a step ahead of the rest.

Requirements
-------------
- 10+ years in insurance, with 3+ years in operations
- Expertise in global binder management, Lloyd’s processes, tax and compliance
- Fluent with using and maintaining CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce)
- A tenacious focus on driving operational excellence
- Strong drive to lead and collaborate on AI and automation initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
- An enduring passion for blockchain, AI and future emerging technologies

Responsibilities

- Provide leadership for the Operations department and drive cross-departmental efficiency
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operational strategies with overall business objectives and growth targets
- Develop and implement innovative operational systems in line with our blockchain and emerging technologies mandates
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all operational processes
- Develop and manage operational budgets, key performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms
