With your industry-leading Digital Assets knowledge, you'll be responsible for all areas of business development and client management. You hold yourself to a very high standard, deliver exceptional service and are relentless in identifying new opportunities that puts Native and our clients a step ahead of the rest. Requirements ------------- - 2+ years in insurance, with 2+ years in the crypto industry - An enduring passion for blockchain, AI and future emerging technologies - Expertise in insurance program placement for Digital Asset businesses globally - Strong business development skills and track record - Tenacity and an insatiable work ethic - Fluent with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) - Ability to collaborate with tech teams on AI and automation initiatives Responsibilities ----------------- - Drive new business and partnership growth - Manage client relationships and insurance program placements - Grow strong bonds with insurers and brokers - Develop and secure complex insurance programs for highly specialised businesses - Represent the company at industry & community events worldwide - Cross-department collaborations to help the business thrive in all areas Compensation ------------- - Competitive salary with annual discretionary bonus - EMI share scheme - Comprehensive benefits package including pension - 25 days annual leave plus statutory holidays - Flexible working arrangements How to Apply ------------- Please send your resume and cover letter to careers@native.inc --- © 2024 Native.
